The Bow River Coffee Story

We have long had a love for great coffee and when we had the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of entrepreneurship, a desire was sparked in us to join the community of people roasting high quality artisan coffee.

We started working with greens in an attempt to develop roasted coffee we loved and so our journey began. Marc has always been passionate about cooking and great flavors. He started channeling that passion into developing the full flavor potential of the green coffee he was working with.  We started with a electric coffee roasting pan and quickly moved to a micro drum roaster. A roasting class and several hundred roasts later, Bow River Coffee Company was born.
